To be honest, I didn't think it was a big deal cause I'm still here... Like, meh. Everything's the same as before. Nothing's changed. Except I now I have a degree to hang on my wall.
The ceremony was alright. It was quite exciting wearing the regalia, walking in, seeing all the professors dressed up, being on stage (even if it was only for a brief moment), shaking hands with the chancellor and being applauded - the first time I'd been applauded since high school I think.
I initially hadn't intended to take photos with people in Albert Park (the tradition) but I caved and decided I kinda wanted to anyway so called and txted people randomly.
